I wish I could read the minds of women Wish I had gills for swimmin' Wish I had movie star looks I wish I knew every trick in the book. I'd like to feel first love again Be forty years younger But the greatest wish I want to come true I want my dog to live longer. Wish I was the king of rock and roll Wish I was cool and in the know And I wish I'd wrote "Blowin' in the Wind" I'd like to see my late mother again. I'd like to stop poverty Save this world from hunger But the greatest wish I want to come true I want my dog to live longer. I want my dog to live longer Cause when she goes I'll be blue If I had the power oh, I'd have her live as long as me and you. God's got a reason for everything And in the lord I trust But this ain't right, God needs to see the light Dogs don't live long enough. She cheers me up when I'm sad She's the best friend I've ever had And I don't care where her nose has been I let her lick my face again and again. Her love is unconditional And that just makes me stronger But the greatest wish I want to come true I want my dog to live longer. But the greatest wish I want to come true I want my dog to live longer.

Keep Hauling 04:00
When love just seems so far away, keep hauling, keep hauling. The tide will flood your heart some day, keep hauling boys. When your guiding star is in cloudy skies keep hauling, keep hauling. You'll find your way to the bright sunrise, keep hauling boys. Keep hauling ho, rouse and raise your voice. Hold your course and don't let go, keep hauling boys. If you gave your best and your heart stayed true, keep hauling, keep hauling. There's only one thing left to do, keep hauling boys. If you fought so hard but you lost your hold, keep hauling, keep hauling. You'll find that fortune favors the bold keep hauling boys. Whatever your ship and where-ever your sea, keep hauling, keep hauling. Where ever your storm or rocks may be, keep hauling boys. Hold your course and don't let go, keep hauling boys.

I'm no stranger to the rain I'm a friend of thunder Friend, is it any wonder lightning strikes me I've fought with the devil Got down on his level, but I never gave in, so he gave up on me I'm no stranger to the rain I can spot bad weather And I'm good at finding shelter in a downpour I've been sacrificed by brothers Crucified by lovers But through it all I withstood the pain I'm no stranger to the rain But when I get that foggy feeling When I'm feeling down If I don't keep my head up, I may Drown But it's hard to keep believing I'll even come out even While the rain beats your hope into the ground And tonight it's really coming down I'm no stranger to the rain But there'll always be tomorrow And I'll beg, steal, or borrow a little sunshine And I'll put this cloud behind me That's how the man designed me To ride the wind and dance in a hurricane. I'm no stranger to the rain I'm a friend of thunder Friend, is it any wonder Lightning strikes me And I'll put this cloud behind me That's how the man designed me To ride the wind and dance in a hurricane I'm no stranger to the rain Oh no, I'm no stranger to the rain

Well, I just got out from the county prison, doin' ninety days for non-support. Tried to find me an executive position, But no matter how smooth I talked they wouldn't listen to the fact that I was a genius, The man say, 'We got all that we can use...' Now I got them steadily depressin', low down mind messin', workin' at the car wash blues. Well, I should be sittin' in an air conditioned office in a swivel chair. Talkin' some trash to the secretaries, Sayin', 'Here, now mama, come on over here.' Instead, I'm stuck here rubbin' these fenders with a rag and walkin' home in soggy old shoes... Now I got them steadily depressin', low down mind messin' workin' at the car wash blues. You know a man of my ability, he should be smokin' on a big cigar. But till I get myself straight I guess I'll just have to wait in my rubber suit rubbin' these cars. Well, all I can do is a shake my head, you might not believe that it's true. For workin' at this end of Niagara Falls is an undiscovered Howard Hughes. So baby, don't expect to see me, with no double martini in any high-brow society news. Cause I got them steadily depressin', low down mind messin', workin' at the car wash blues.

Love, Me 04:49
I read a note my grandma wrote back in nineteen sixty-three. Grandpa kept it in his coat, and he showed it once to me. He said, Boy, you might not understand, but a long, long time ago, Grandma's daddy didn't like me none, but I loved your Grandma so. We had this crazy plan to meet and run away together. Get married in the first town we came to, and live forever. But nailed to the tree where we were supposed to meet, instead I found this letter, and this is what it said: If you get there before I do, don't give up on me. I'll meet you when my chores are through; I don't know how long I'll be. But I'm not gonna let you down, darling wait and see. And between now and then, till I see you again, I'll be loving you. Love, me. I read those words just hours before my Grandma passed away, In the doorway of a church where me and Grandpa stopped to pray. I know I'd never seen him cry in all my sixteen years; But as he said these words to her, his eyes filled up with tears. If you get there before I do, don't give up on me. I'll meet you when my chores are through; I don't know how long I'll be. But I'm not gonna let you down, darling wait and see. And between now and then, till I see you again, I'll be loving you. Love, me. And Between now and then, till I see you again, I'll be loving you. Love, me.

Hitch a ride to N'leans, baby, maybe a train, Wherever I have gone, wherever I've been and gone, Wherever I have gone The blues are all the same. When I'm not drinking, baby, you are on my mind, When I'm not sleeping, honey, when I ain't sleeping, mama, When I'm not sleeping Well, you know you'll find me crying. Try another city, baby, try another town, Wherever I have gone, wherever I've been and gone, Wherever I have gone The blues come following down. Living is a gamble, baby, loving's much the same, Wherever I have played, wherever I throw them dice, Wherever I have played The blues have run the game. Maybe tomorrow, honey, someplace down the line, I'll wake up older, so much older, mama, Wake up older And I'll just stop all my trying. Hitch a ride to N'leans, baby, maybe a train, Wherever I have gone, wherever I've been and gone, Wherever I have gone The blues are all the same.

Amazing Grace, how sweet the sound, That saved a wretched soul just like me. Once I was lost, but now the way I've found, Once I was blind, but now I truly see. Twas grace that taught my broken heart to fear, and grace it was my deepest fear relieved. How precious did that peaceful grace appear, the very moment that I first believed. Through many dangers, toils and snares We have already trials overcome Tis grace hath brought us safe thus far And precious grace will always lead us home. When we've been there ten thousand years or more, All brightly shining as our timeless sun, we've no less days to sing god's praise then when we did when 'ere we first begun.

If you've been thinkin' you're all that you've got then don't feel alone anymore. When we're together then you've got a lot 'cause I am the river and you are the shore. And it goes on and on, watching the river run further and further from things that we've done, leaving them one by one. And we have just begun watching the river run, listening, learning and yearning: run, river, run. Winding and swirling and dancing along, we passed by the old willow tree where lovers caress as we sing them our song, rejoicing together when we greet the sea And it goes on and on, watching the river run further and further from things that we've done, leaving them one by one. And we have just begun watching the river run, listening, learning and yearning: run, river, run. And it goes on and on, watching the river run further and further from things that we've done, leaving them one by one. And we have just begun watching the river run, listening, learning and yearning: run, river, run.

To every thing, turn, turn, turn, There is a season, turn, turn, turn, And a time to every purpose under heaven A time to be born, a time to die A time to plant, a time to reap A time to kill, a time to heal A time to laugh, A time to weep To every thing, turn, turn, turn, There is a season, turn, turn, turn, And a time to every purpose under heaven A time to build up, a time to break down A time to dance, a time to mourn A time to cast away stones A time to gather stones together To every thing, turn, turn, turn, There is a season, turn, turn, turn, And a time to every purpose under heaven A time of love, a time of hate A time of war, a time of peace A time you may embrace A time to refrain from embracing To every thing, turn, turn, turn, There is a season, turn, turn, turn, And a time to every purpose under heaven A time to gain, a time to lose A time to rend, a time to sew A time to love, a time to hate A time for peace, I swear it's not too late To every thing, turn, turn, turn, There is a season, turn, turn, turn, And a time to every purpose under heaven

For You 04:17
Just to look in your eyes again, just to lay in your arms Just to be the first one always there for you Just to live in your laughter, just to sing in your heart Just to be every one of your dreams come true Just to sit by your window, just to touch in the night Just to offer a prayer each day for you Just to long for your kisses, just to dream of your sighs Just to know that I'd give my life for you For you, all the rest of my life For you, all the best of my life For you alone, only for you Just to wake up each morning, just you there by my side Just to know that you're never really far away Just a reason for living, just to say I adore Just to know that you're here in my heart to stay For you, all the rest of my life For you, all the best of my life For you alone, only for you Just the words of a love song, just the beat of my heart Just the pledge of my life, my love, for you.

All my life's a circle, sunrise and sundown The moon rose through the night time, till the daybreak comes around. All my life's a circle, but I can't tell you why Seasons spinning round again, the years keep rolling by. Seems like we've been here before, and I remember when I've got this funny feeling, that we'll all be together again. There's no straight lines make up my life, all the roads have bends. There's no clear cut beginning, and so far, no real end. All my life's a circle, sunrise and sundown The moon rose through the night time, till the daybreak comes around. All my life's a circle, but I can't tell you why Seasons spinning round again, the years keep rolling by. I've found you a thousand times, I guess you've done the same, But then we lose each other, it's just like a children's game. But as I find you here again, the thought rolls through my mind, Our love is like a circle; let's go 'round one more time. All my life's a circle, sunrise and sundown The moon rose through the night time, till the daybreak comes around. All my life's a circle, but I can't tell you why Seasons spinning round again, the years keep rolling by.

Wherever the boat is in port, you'll find Bentley and Jim joining a jam, at an open mic, or busking a street corner. ... more
